Restaurants in Lithuania

Vilnius (23) and Kaunas (13) hold two thirds of the Lithuanian places, Klaipėda adds six, and the rest are one or two per town, from Palanga on the coast to Alytus and Jurbarkas. Kebab shops and pizza takeaways make up most of the list; the usual price is €5–10 per person, and most places close by 10 PM. The variety lies elsewhere: Senoji Kibininė in Trakai is reviewed for kibinai, the Karaim pastries, Petra Bakery & Falafel beside the Kalvarijų market in Vilnius cooks Jordanian soups, hummus and pastries, Samvelo šašlykai grills shashlik and serves kharcho, Gogi Guy on Pylimo gatvė is Korean, and Labas India on Vilniaus gatvė is an Indian kitchen open only until 2 PM. On the same street, AlaTurka is the late exception, with hours until 6 AM.
