Pizza

Italian cities make up the largest share of the pizza list, from Rome, which has 45 entries, to Naples, Bari, Reggio Calabria, Catania, Palermo and Cagliari. Antica Pizza Fritta da Zia Esterina Sorbillo on Naples' Piazza Trieste e Trento is named for fried pizza, Pizzeria di Cosimo on Largo Albicocca in Bari opens only in the evening, and Dima's Pizza in Palermo lists hours until 4 AM. Portugal and Finland follow, with nearly 100 and more than 70 entries, and in both pizza mostly shares the counter with kebab, as at Pizza Alif Kebab on Rua Barros Queirós in Lisbon and Puistokadun Kebab Pizzeria in Jyväskylä. Sweden's pizzerias, by contrast, are mostly stand-alone small-town places, such as Pizzeria och Restaurang Torino in Mora.

More than a quarter of the places with listed hours open only in the evening, most of them in Italy, and €1–10 per person is the price band listed most often.
