Sushi & Japanese

Sushi is spread thinly, mostly over small and mid-sized towns, and when it is eaten depends on the country. Finland's is mostly a daytime takeaway: the three Sushi King stations in Oulu close by 7:30 PM, and SushiTake in a Porvoo K-Supermarket and Shiba Sushi in K-Citymarket Kouvola keep supermarket hours. In Italy and Portugal it is mostly an evening meal: Prima Stella Sushi & Fusion in Acireale serves from 7:30 PM, Sushi Ko Express in Lisbon from 6:30 PM, and a few Italian places, such as Todaro near Catania, pair sushi with pizza. In Greece, Delulu Sushi & Cocktails in Athens stays open until 2 or 3 AM, and Ten Modern Asian on Piraeus's Zea Marina from 8 AM until after 1 AM. Sweden adds small-town sushi bars in Nyköping, Borlänge and Torsby, and in Istanbul Loti Roof Lounge on Divan Yolu pairs sushi with shisha and rooftop views of the Blue Mosque.
