Restaurants in Kaunas

The thirteen Kaunas places divide between the centre and the outer districts. Vilniaus gatvė, the Old Town's main street, has Devi Indian Restaurant, the only Indian kitchen and the only place listing €15–20 per person, and Chicky Su Mickey, a halal kebab shop; Kebab Point is on Laisvės alėja and Arabia, a halal shawarma and falafel restaurant, on A. Mickevičiaus gatvė. Further out are the two pizza takeaways, a fried-chicken takeaway, kebab shops on Šiaurės prospektas and Žemaičių plentas, and Food Friends, a fast-food van with a terrace on Utenos gatvė. Every place except Devi lists €5–10 per person, and most of those with listed hours close by 9 or 10 PM; Arabia stays open latest, until 2 AM from Tuesday to Saturday.
