Istanbul supplies 25 of the 41 breakfast places, from kahvaltı houses that close by late afternoon to Lake Van Breakfast Room, which lists 24-hour opening, and Ehli Keyf Cafe near Sirkeci, open from about 7 AM until 3 AM on most days. Elsewhere breakfast takes local forms. Barcelona's four are brunch cafés and coffee bars, such as The Coffee House Barcelona on Carrer de València, whose reviews mention bagels and orange juice, and El plat pla in Sants, which closes on Wednesdays and Sundays. In Vilnius, Pusryčių klubas, Lithuanian for breakfast club, is reviewed for doughnuts, bagels and eggs Benedict; in Hamburg-Harburg, Imbiß Kutscherstube pairs a breakfast menu with German home cooking such as schnitzel and fried potatoes; and in London, Med's Cafe in Bow and The Gourmet Cafe & Kebab on the Old Kent Road open at 8 and 7 AM respectively.
