London's entries lean Kurdish and Iraqi, from Edgware Road out to Bakhan Restaurant on London Road in Croydon and Taste Kurdish Food in Tooting, a daytime café for breakfast and brunch. Manchester has the most entries, ten, among them late shawarma counters on Oxford Road such as Babylon, open until 4 AM, and Choupan, an Afghan and Persian restaurant in Cheetham Hill that opens only in the evening. In Istanbul, Shamse on İstiklal Avenue cooks Iranian dishes such as koobideh and ghormeh sabzi. Further north the list is mostly falafel and shawarma: Lundafalafel in Lund stays open until 4 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, Petra Bakery & Falafel in Vilnius adds pastries, and Grilli Damaskus on Helsinki's railway square opens from 5 PM to 5 AM. In Sicily, several places carry North African names: Marrakech, Casablanca, La Goulette.
