In Paris, 50 of the 58 places are boulangeries, and their reviews dwell on baguettes, viennoiseries and pain au chocolat; at Boulangerie Idoia on Rue d'Avron they mostly talk about gâteau basque. Elsewhere the list is mostly kebab shops across the west and centre: Nantes and Loire-Atlantique, Rennes and Brittany, Le Mans, Angers, the Loire Valley from Orléans to Tours, and Essonne south of Paris. Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille and Strasbourg are not covered.

Reviews of about seventy of these kebab shops mention French tacos, and nearly every place with listed attributes is marked halal. Berlin-style döner appears at Paris-Berlin on Rue de Budapest, Impact Berliner Kebap on Rue Saint-Denis, whose reviews mention vegan and seitan options, and La Broche in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. More than a quarter of the shops with listed hours close between lunch and dinner, but Yayla Kebab and several neighbours in central Nantes stay open until 2 AM, and Kebab Ali Baba on Rue Saint-Michel in Rennes lists hours until 7 AM.
