Restaurants in Spain

Every Spanish place so far is a café in Barcelona, and most are outside the centre, in Les Corts, Sants and Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, with two each in the Eixample and the old town. Two kinds dominate. Specialty coffee shops include Ripa Coffee on Consell de Cent, whose reviews mention flat whites, cold brew and vegan cakes, Departure Coffee Co. in the old town and ānāpāna coffee on Gran Via de Carles III, reviewed for its coffee and matcha. Neighbourhood cafeterias serve bocadillos from early morning: Cafeteria 365 on Carrer de Berlín opens at 6 AM every day, and Cafeteria Can Deu has a garden terrace inside a civic centre. Nearly all list €1–10 per person and close by 10 PM; the exception is Bar Bero in Sant Gervasi, a tapas bar reviewed for patatas bravas and Spanish omelette, open until 2 AM.
