Nearly nine in ten Russian places are on the Kola Peninsula: Murmansk has 28, and towns across Murmansk Oblast, from Severomorsk, Monchegorsk and Olenegorsk to Kovdor and the Barents Sea village of Teriberka, add the rest. The other cluster is Kaliningrad, where PapaDöner and Doner Drive are shawarma and döner counters; Moscow and St Petersburg are not covered. In Murmansk the northern seas set the menu at Tzarskaya Okhota on Kolsky Prospekt, whose reviews mention venison, scallops, sea urchin and ukha fish soup, and at Nevod on Tralovaya Street, where halibut and cod come up; Mnogo Ryby in Teriberka is a daytime fish café, closed on Tuesdays. Blini are the theme at Tea spoon on Lenin Avenue, pelmeni at Domashniye Pel'meshki and shashlik at Barbecue yard in Snezhnogorsk. Shawarma counters are common, and three of them list round-the-clock opening.
