Accepting ourselves as we are… It is a complex process to live and get. It is difficult to accept our imperfections in this world that we live in, especially today. It sounds impossible. We try to share many things in our daily lives with others. Our quality of life, the effort we put into buying the best phones, and our insatiable desire to help others. Who can blame us for being unhappy?

This is how we feed our ego. It judges us and expects more. We are not the problem.
We believe that we are worthy of everything because we have made a special effort. Even love…
Sometimes we exclude ourselves from others; sometimes we don’t consider ourselves worthy of the slightest beauty. Sometimes we don’t realize it but we make the most cruel speeches to ourselves. Our hearts are broken by others, but our hearts also break the most. Then we don’t even fix it, with a friendly word, an apology… If the person whose heart we died was a friend, who knows what we would do to win his heart? We can’t do much about the bodies we live within.
Why can’t you find this? Happiness in our lives cycle even though we attempt everything and accomplish what we want. How can we live our lives to its fullest?

This day we dedicate to “Living in unhappiness without fear” is the freedom to be ourselves and express your true feelings.. Each emotion is experienced separately. Sadness, joy, sorrow, peace… If we are whole, we cannot fill our stomachs by eating sweets alone. Our lives should include bitter, salty, and sour. Some points of our lives can seem more beautiful if we live in the moment and are grateful for all that is good. It is always good to feel happy.
