Piadina, the Italian flatbread, comes up in reviews of two of these six: at DAMAS Kebab on Viale Guglielmo Marconi the kebab comes in handmade piadina, and at Kebab Siriano on Via Stimigliano the piadina is homemade and toasted, with beef or chicken to choose from. Shawarma Wani's on Vicolo del Gallo keeps the longest hours, from noon to 1:30 AM, and 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Alì Babà Roma on Via dei Castani in Centocelle opens only in the evening, at 7 PM from Tuesday to Sunday, and DAMAS Kebab also opens only in the evening on Sundays.
