In particular, Generation Z complains that their work is not seen, and their compensation rights are interrupted due to extra working hours. Regardless of burnout, they focus on work-life balance. This is focused on acting according to the wages of the job.

Is Quiet Quitting excellent or bad?

Considering the world’s current situation, this concept, which is also defined as the silent strike of the Z generation, is highly likely to be dangerous for business life and the world’s future.
